As a sub-function of the Venue Management department, the Event Services program for Atlanta included all front-of-house and guest services roles covering venues across Atlanta and the state of Georgia.

In the planning phase CI undertook development and management of the overall project plan, pedestrian flow modelling/crowd management analysis, recruitment and mentoring & development of local managers, Games workforce training, deployment planning and several other areas of integration and management.

At Games time, CI provided crowd management, ushering, ticket taking, security support, accessibility support, and communication operations.
